Join World-Renowned Supply-Chain Management, Sales, Marketing and Channel Management Experts from UC Berkeley, INSEAD and the National University of Singapore for an Information Sharing Session on Trends and Opportunities for Top-Line Growth.

It has been a treacherous season for the bottom-line. Companies have responded to the economic downturn by significantly reducing spending in all areas. However such cost cutting measures may only result in short term improvements. But now that the economic outlook is improving, companies should look closely at opportunities to position themselves for growth in revenues and profits when demand revives.

This seminar brings together experts in the fields of Supply Chain Management, Production, Inventory Management, Sales and Marketing, Pricing and Revenue Optimization, Channel Analytics. The speakers bring forth with them numerous years of consulting and implementation experience with companies such as Boeing, Campbell's Soup, Hewlett Packard, IBM, INTEL, Johnson and Johnson, Nokia etc. Collectively, they will provide insights into the trends, challenges and best practices in the manufacturing industry.

The seminar also highlights the pivotal role of improved visibility into all global operations for more accurate and consistent reporting so that management can respond more effectively in the face of globalization and fluctuating market demand. It is only with vital information at their fingertips that management is empowered to make informed and intelligent decisions related to supply and demand, and to reduce inventory-related costs and collaborate more effectively with partners to drive revenue.
