Today, manufacturers rely on their channel partners to maximize
revenue, increase market penetration and enhance customer satisfaction.
The key to achieving mutually beneficial relationships is part Art
and part Science. Companies need to introduce the right tools to
facilitate and enhance collaboration, and design and implement channel
programs to achieve sales targets, reduce costs, attain partner
loyalty and increase productivity.
Our guest speaker, Kevin Lee, CEO of Envocis Technology, will share
his experiences on how to effectively leverage on and motivate sales
channels to drive revenues. Kevin brings forth his experience from
managing channels in Iomega and Intel. He is a recipient of Intel's
Achievement Award for his brainchild - the Genuine Intel Dealer
program that helped the company recruit more than 20,000 authorized
dealers in Asia Pacific and which resulted in more than US$1 billion
worth of business. He was also instrumental in spearheading Intel's
penetration into emerging markets such as China, Vietnam, Malaysia,
and India etc. Some of Kevin's innovative ideas such as the Champs
program, demo days etceteras continue to be key driving forces behind
Intel's channel business today.
The session will be complemented by an introduction to iGINE's
Channel Visibility software, followed by a case study. Channel Visibility
provides manufacturers with a collaboration platform to gain timely
and accurate insight into channel performance. The software automates
and streamlines the data collection, validation and reporting of
channel sales and inventory data that reside with global partners
and in disparate IT systems. This enables management to enhance
their sales forecast accuracy, manage inventory and implement more
effective channel initiatives to drive revenue.

Kevin Lee, CEO and Founder, Envocis Technology
Kevin Lee brings with him an extensive background in information
technology and business management in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to founding Envocis Technology Limited, Kevin worked
for world-class companies including Intel, Iomega, AT&T
and Motorola for over 10 years in Asia. At Intel, Kevin served
as a Director and Headquarter staff in their Asia Pacific
operations. Kevin has also founded other business ventures
focusing on the emerging Chinese market. Kevin holds a BS
in Electronic Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA
and an MBA from University of Hull, UK.
