Yak Hong Beng (Founder)
Managing Director and Director of Professional Services

Hong Beng brings to iGINE more than 15 years of technological and management experience. He is actively involved in the conceptualization, strategic planning and implementation of both products and projects. Hong Beng joined iGINE since its inception and has demonstrated leadership in project and people management to drive change and deliver results both within iGINE and to her customers.

Hong Beng's experience in leading high-profile projects, include his role in the capacity of Assistant Director at National Computer Board (NCB) where he was part of the pioneering team that conceptualised, planned and implemented Singapore ONE - a nation-wide initiative to rollout broadband to public schools, libraries and community clubs. Prior to NCB, he had designed and developed a Real Time Digital Signal Processing System for audio and video compression using MPEG algorithm as an R&D Engineer.

Hong Beng holds a MSc (Distinction) in Communications and Signal Processing from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, University of London and a B.Eng (First Class Honours) in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Kenny Tan (Founder)
Director of Managed Services

Kenny is responsible for the infrastructure, network design and implementation of iGINE's mission critical systems. Having managed and deployed important projects as a Senior IT Architect for IDA, the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, Kenny is well versed in the development and administration of operational environments that demand 24x7 uptime and highly redundant requirements.

Kenny earned his BSc in Computer Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Jin-Ho Tan
VP, Technical Services

In his role as VP of Technical Services, Jin is responsible for providing product direction and driving new business opportunities. Jin is a seasoned enterprise software industry veteran with over 13 years of expertise in designing, developing and supporting world-class products.

Prior to joining iGINE, Jin led the strategic product planning and development effort in PrivateExpress. Before that, Jin helped create the interactive marketing group and partnership framework for MediaRing. Jin also spent 6 years setting up the Online Technologies Consortium and implemented an advanced eCommerce and affiliate platform for its members.

Jin holds a Master of Science in Computer Sciences from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Belinda Wong
Finance Manager

Belinda has a decade's experience in financial & management accounting; as well as HR and Admin functions. She holds a central role in iGINE's financial accounting, planning, analysis and job costing. She is also responsible for system implementation, process improvement and office administration. Prior to joining iGINE, Belinda was with Modus Media International Pte Ltd as Financial Accountant and later Management Accountant.

Belinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration majoring in Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ.
